Shipping policy

Delivery

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation which will include an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, your location, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is deemed complete once the Goods have been delivered to the address provided in your order and you, or a person nominated by you, has taken physical possession of them.

All orders are dispatched via courier unless otherwise stated. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us in writing as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter.

The responsibility for the Goods (sometimes referred to as “risk”) remains with Esquire until delivery has been completed as outlined above. Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you once full payment has been received, including any applicable delivery charges.

Our standard delivery fee is £5.99. Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

We are legally required to supply Goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the time of purchase. Goods must also match any samples or models shown, unless we have clearly informed you of any differences.

If any Goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not apply to defects caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Deliberate or accidental damage

  • Misuse of the Goods

  • Failure to follow care or washing instructions

  • Any unauthorised alterations made by you or a third party

From the date you receive the Goods, you have 30 calendar days to reject them and request a full refund if they do not meet the standards outlined above. Alternatively, you may request a replacement.

If the external packaging is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can raise the issue with the courier.

To return any Goods under this section, you must first contact us to arrange the return. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned Goods and confirmed they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe and reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.

If a replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate, we may instead offer a full refund, including any original delivery charges. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation that you are entitled to one.

Please note that Goods cannot be returned under this section simply due to a change of mind. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.
