Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Esquire purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know.

Please note: Our online returns policy differs from our in-store returns policy.

In story return policy

  • Items bought in-store must be returned to a Esquire store.
  • Postal returns are not accepted for in-store purchases.
  • You can return items within 28 days of purchase for an exchange, or a gift card (refunds are not available in-store).
  • Items must be unworn and have tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Online return policy

  • You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund.
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached.
  • In-store Exchanges only. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs (if posting).

How to Return Your Online Order

We have two ways you can return your online order:

1) Post it to us

  • Download & print the Returns Form.
  • Fill it out completely and put the completed form inside your parcel.
  • Cut out the address label on the form and attach it to your parcel.
  • Post to our returns address.

    2) Drop it off at any of our Milano Couture stores
  • Download & print the Returns Form.
  • Fill it out completely and hand the completed form to the store with your item.
  • Store teams will accept the drop-off; refunds are processed online only. No in-store refunds.
