Esquire Command Centre privacy notice

Scope and operator

This notice describes the proposed Pinterest reporting connection in Esquire Command Centre, operated by Esquire Menswear 1976. It supplements the store privacy policy for this specific integration. Questions can be sent to info@esquiremenswear1976.com.

Current status

The Pinterest connection is under development and awaiting API approval. Esquire Command Centre does not currently import or store Pinterest account data through this connector. The following describes its intended scope. We will update this notice to reflect the implemented data handling before the connection is enabled.

Information and purpose

The proposed connection will request access to our authorised Pinterest business account's profile, public boards, Pins and available organic performance metrics. This may include account and content identifiers, usernames, board names, Pin descriptions, media links, destination links, timestamps and aggregate counts such as impressions, saves and clicks.

Esquire will use this information to display internal reports, compare content performance and support content planning. Access will be limited to authorised staff and service providers needed to operate the workspace. We do not intend to sell Pinterest data, use it to train AI models or make it available to unrelated businesses.

Authorisation and infrastructure

The planned connection uses Pinterest's authorisation process. Users will sign in on Pinterest; the dashboard will not ask them to give Esquire their Pinterest password. API tokens will be handled by the dashboard's server. The existing workspace uses Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Access controls, token protection and deletion behaviour will be verified before Pinterest reporting is activated.

Retention, withdrawal and requests

No Pinterest API records are currently retained by this connector. Before activation, this notice will state the implemented retention period, how disconnecting affects stored records, and how backups are handled. An account administrator will be able to withdraw authorisation through Pinterest.
